Kuwait cuts April crude official selling prices for Asia

Kuwait has cut the official selling price (OSP) for April Kuwait Export Crude (KEC) it sells to Asia to $4.65 a barrel below the average of DME Oman and Platts Dubai quotes, down $6 a barrel from the previous month, a pricing document showed on Wednesday.

The producer has also cut the April Kuwait Super Light Crude (KSLC) OSP to $3.10 a barrel below Oman/Dubai quotes, down $6 a barrel from the previous month, the document showed.

The April OSP for Khafji was set at $4.75 a barrel below the average of DME Oman and Platts Dubai quotes. The first cargo of Khafji crude has been offered to export in April, Reuters reported last week.

Kuwait's OSP cuts come after top oil exporter Saudi Arabia slashed its April prices by $4-$6 a barrel for Asia.
